Technology peculiarities and advantages

* The waste-handling of tires is carried out without preliminary removal of a tire bead;
* The way of waste-handling completely mechanical, without applying cryogenic techniques, that allows to keep highly advanced and active surface of the granulated rubber powder;
* The waste-handling of the worn tires both with metal and textile cords, as well as combined tires is possible;
* High extent of grinding of a final product with a fraction of a thin dispersion rubber crumb by the size 0,2-0,8 mm up to 50%;
* High extent of clearing from by-products;
* Low consumption of energy in comparison with other technologies.
